or Priority Mail. Our shipping charges are based on the weight
of your package, not the cost of your purchase.

your bank constitutes confirmation of payment by check.

RETURN POLICY
EFFECTIVE 1/1/12
Returns for store credit only. Items must be accompanied by the
original sales receipt within 90 days of purchase.
Returned items must be unopened, scent free, in their original
packaging and in original condition.
Books, Patterns, Needles and Clearance are NOT returnable.
(Exception will be made for needles in sealed packages only,
within 3 days of purchase)

Why doesn't Spin A Yarn
have a shopping cart?
We are a real, live yarn shop. Your order will be filled directly from
the shelves of Spin A Yarn in Binghamton, NY. Why not a shopping
cart? Spin A Yarn wants to offer you the same personalized service that you would
receive if you walked into our shop. We want to make sure the yarn
you want is in stock and available for you when you order it. We will
verify dye lots, and make sure we are packing up exactly what you ask
for. We are staffed by knowledgeable knitters who can assist you
with your purchase and projects. We can answer questions and offer
suggestions. This may not be as convenient as a shopping cart, but
we want to offer you the same level of service for mail order as we do
when you come into the shop Please
