People always ask me "what are you
working on?" Well, I'll tell you. Check
here for a monthly update on my
Knitting Journey.
FIRST MONDAY
Sit, Knit and have some Pizza on the first Monday of each month. Monday, July 7, Spin A Yarn will host a Knitting Pizza Party . Please join us after work for an evening of knitting, socializing and a little dinner. 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Mark your calendars! We will have pizza and tea, coffee and water, feel free to bring a snack to share or chip in on the pizza.

CUSTOMER GALLERY
Spin A Yarn has some very talented
customers. Check out the
customer gallery and see what they can do.
You can be featured in the Customer Gallery too, bring in something that you knit (with yarn from SPIN A YARN, of course), we'll take a picture of it and feature it in the customer gallery. This is your chance to strut your stuff!!
TEDDY'S
TIP: I
use Pringle and Crystal Light cans to store needles and crochet hooks.
Clean out the inside of the can, attach self adhesive paper to the
outside. Old plastic medicine bottles are yarn needle storage. You can
use the contact paper on these also. Pat (I have used oatmeal
containers or pretty cans too - Nancy)
I save the clear zip bags from curtain and
sheet purchases. When I buy new yarn I put it in the bag with a copy of
the pattern I bought it for. That way when I look through my yarn, I know
what projects I have to work on. Maria Davis

Bring your knitting project to SPIN A YARN on Tuesday mornings from
10:30-12 and Sit 'n Knit. Come, relax and enjoy the company of other
knitters while knitting a row or two on your current project. (This is
an informal social gathering, knitters of all levels are welcome.)
